Who is DaVinci Resolve training for?+
Training is designed for editors, colorists, production companies, freelancers, content creators and professionals changing careers. It can be adapted from complete beginner level to advanced professional needs.
What is a DCTL in DaVinci Resolve?+
A DCTL (DaVinci Color Transform Language) is a script executed natively on the GPU in DaVinci Resolve Studio. It applies precise mathematical transformations to each pixel, unlike LUTs which interpolate between a finite number of points. DCTLs require Resolve Studio and a dedicated GPU.
What is MetaGrade?+
MetaGrade is a DCVisuals tool for camera metadata analysis in DaVinci Resolve. It identifies the log and gamut profile, suggests CST parameters with confidence indicators, and generates a Resolve console script to create CST nodes directly in the timeline.
